- Margarine is but ONE MOLECULE away from being PLASTIC
- Margarine is initially BLACK, but it is DYED YELLOW to look like
butter purchase a tub of margarine and leave it in your garage or shaded area, no flies, not even those pesky fruit flies will go near it (that should tell you something) nothing will grow on it...even those teeny weeny microorganisms will not find a home to grow. - it does not rot or smell differently because it has no nutritional value
- The final product also contains nickel, cadmium and often other very toxic contaminants
I don't even use butter, but Im not against butter, I think if your using margarine, organic butter is a better switch. I have been using healthy oils in replacement for butter, but on occassion you will fine organic butter in my fridge. Example of some oils for cooking are;
- Olive oil - although no good for heating this oil should be used only in cool or room temperature dishes it loses all its value once heated.
- Grapeseed oil - considered to be the chefs choice in cooking sautéing, medium high heat frying, baking and oil infusing.
- Almond oil- High Heat Up To 495°F,
- Safflower oil - for high heat has a light taste
- Sunflower- for high heat
